Crawley's Country Beef, LLC specializes in grass fed,and grass finished organically raised cattle,sheep,goat, poultry,and pork.
Texas Bred, Texas Born and Texas Raised, on one central Texas ranch. All beef sold is 100% Red Angus with Red Devon influence. We raise Dorper sheep and Kiko goats. We have pastured poultry and heritage feeder pigs. We practice organic standards in managing all our farm herds and flocks. No hormones, steroids, antibiotics, pesticides or herbicides are used on forage pastures. We practice natural breeding. Our herds are not certified organic but are organically raised. All herd animals are grass-fattened on pasture where most were born. The chicken and heritage pig receive additional non soy and non GMO feed while on pasture. The beef, lamb and goat we sell comes exclusively from our herd of animals.
For over 30 years we have selected genetics for a quality eating experience. All of our animals graze freely year round as we rotate in a natural environment on a variety of perennial and annual grasses. Our pastures consist of a variety of native and introduced grasses including legumes for quality finishing of our animals.
All meat sold is shrink wrapped, frozen and sold in individual cuts. Nothing is added during process. Custom half and whole purchases are available during the year. Our meat is sold out of our freezers at the ranch or is picked up at the processor for half and whole animals. Our goal is to provide you, our customers, with the BEST MEAT and BEST SERVICE available year round.
We are a family business and our goal is to provide you, our customers, with a quality eating experience, along with the knowledge that the meat you are eating was raised on one central Texas ranch, grazing and growing in a healthy environment on organic pastures as Mother Nature intended.
