Do we use dyes, fillers, or additives in our meat?

No we do not. Our meat is processed without any additives.

Do We use antibiotics, steroids, or hormones on our livestock?

No we do not. If an animal is sick and in need of an antibiotic they are treated and taken out of the herd to be sold at auction. This is a very rare occurrence. We monitor our herds daily rain or shine. Our pastures consist of multiple species of grasses and we rotate daily to keep the soils healthy, this prevents a lot of disease found in overgrazed pastures and feedlots. We have closed herds and allow natural growth rate.

Where do our Livestock Animals come from?

Our market animals have been born and raised on our central Texas ranch since 1999. Our animals are carefully monitored and well taken care of to assure quality of life for the animal and a healthy product for your family. See About our Breeds for more information.
